Pigment, polysaccharide, and fenolic compound is trio in pcr inhibitor. what methods are you using? are you using CTAB or kit? if you are using CTAB method its better at chloroform stage repeat twice. and in wash stage (ethanol 70%) repeat twice too. i hope this will help you
