How to study the presence of a particular pathway in bone marrow filtrate?

This is a very broad question and the method depends on what you mean by "signalling molecules". If you are talking about intracellular proteins, you can try to permeabilize and fix bone marrow filtrate and do intracellular flow cytometry.
