I'm looking for a nanoparticle/protein or whatever that can specifically look for the cancer cells. The usage of active targeting or vascular fluid dynamic characteristics is available in nanoparticles, but is there a better way to look for cancer cells? And I need them to be at least detectable by immune cells..

Absolutely, but getting specific response may require "teaching" immune system.

Hi
this sounds like an antibody that is specific for the cancer cells. Depending in the isotype it will be recognized by the immune system (adcc, cdc etc).

Hi Fariz, this would be very easy if all cancer cells express unique cell surface protein(s) not expressed by normal cells.
However, this is not the case.
