I need to find a pET30xa/lic cloning vector for a gene, we have all the other aspects of the LIC kit, but the vector. I was trying to see if I am over looking a supplier. I figured I would ask here because I know many of you know all of the tricks of the trade.
It is too much of a hassle. I will just make new primers and do a ligation cloning.

They do have several varieties of the pET30 vector, but I'm not sure if they have exactly what you're looking for. The website is a resource for researchers to share constructs, and you can order plasmids and get sequence information on the site.
