What is more efficient method of conjugation of an aptamer to 40nm gold nanoparticles: using the thiolated aptamer or polyA one?
Thank you.
Thank you guys.

Thank you Haroon.
Have a look

Thiolated aptamer is the most common one I'v ever seen.
Thiolated aptamer method is well reported, not only on gold nanoparticles, but also on other gold related surface like gold-coated glass. There should not be a problem using thiolated aptamer method at least in term of immobilization.
Thank you Yubin.
