I have a synthetic PGV values for my study area, that I generated only for rock soils, I was wondering if there is a way to apply some perturbations on my results in order to reflect the basin's effect or the shallowest layers.
I do have a Vs30 map of my study area. Is there a link between Vs30 and the PGV that allows me to tell how far the PGV can amplify (or not) according the Vs30 values.

You could use a ground motion prediction equation for PGV that gives the mean as a function of Vs30 and take the coefficient of the soil term as average amplification.
Would still have to know how your PGV values were generated to understand if this were a consistent approach.
You would can do this yourself. Using Experimental observations lead to a relation but just for area of your study.

The PGV values were generated using a forward modeling method.
There is a link. But the relationship is more complicated that just those two parameters. Recent ground motion prediction models include VS30 as a variable, along with magnitude, distance, and several other parameters. You can download a spreadsheet which contains 5 such models from the NGA West 2 site.
