Which Analysis is best suited to study the bonding between two component metal/inorganic fiber?

Hi everyone.

I am currently studying the interface between metal/inorganic fibers and searching for the best analysis methods to understand the bonding.

Is Tof-sims good analysis to know which chemical bond and molecule connect between the two component?
