Lipid profile is often deranged in obese persons and persons with less physical activity. Hypertension is often correlated with these factors. Patients with lipid profile abnormality should be carefully assessed for BP variation and vice versa.

Recent studies show a strong association between diabetes and glucose intolerance and hypertension. Diabetes induces dyslipidemia. Thus, there is an association betwenn dyslipidemia and hypertension.

Obesity, especially of the abdominal type, increases the incidence of various diseases, including diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia and atherosclerosis. The adipose tissue represents an important source of reactive oxygen species which may contribute to the development of obesity-associated insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. Moreover, the levels of oxidative stress have been implicated in the pathogenesis associated with hypertension and atherosclerosis. This is another way to associate blood lipid profile with blood pressure.

Serum Lipid profile and specifically ratio between total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein is an important determinant for cardiovascular diseases. Imbalanced lipid profile is a component of vascular atherosclerotic process that has a temporal relationship with hypertension.

Thanks all, I wonder can we study the risk factors in young people to predict any complications between the risk factors, hypertension and diabetes. And at what's age of children we can start to care about risk factors of diabetes, hypertension....etc.

There is a strong correlation between blood pressure and blood glucose as well as between blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels. It is therefore not a surprise, that the blood glucose and cholesterol levels also correlate. In addition to statistics, causative relationship also exist behind these correlations (see other contributions to this question)

I think there are a correlation between all risk factors (obesity, diabete, hypertension, blood lipid level). metabolic syndrome is used to define that very well
