Im trying to use various combustion models to simulate a pool fire. I have come across different models like the laminar flamelet model, mixture fraction model and EDC. The problem is that I couldn't find any article which explains all these models in detail.
According to my concern there is no single book or journal book but u can collect lot of journals from here(Research Gate)
"Turbulent Combustion Modeling: Advances, New Trends and Perspectives" edited by Echekki and Mastorakos gives a good overview of many of the modeling classes. Probably a good place to start and then search out the citations for more details.
