I am testing a biosensor system using gold electrodes. The differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) plots peaked at -1.0 ~ -1.2 V rather than -0.3 V when I used 20 mM Tris-HCl and 20 mM NaCl electrolyte with Ag/AgCl reference. Can anyone help me to understand why the peak showed at -1.0 region, not other regions? Unfortunately, it is hard to find publications that report the -1 V peak.
