What is a good metric for measuring consequences and problems from substance use? Is the PFSU scale (1999) still utilized and if not, what are some good ways to measure problems related to substance use?
I might also check out the Young Adult Alcohol Consequences Questionnaire (YAACQ; Read, J. P., Kahler, C.W., Strong, D.R., & Colder, C.R, 2006) and the Marijuana Consequences Questionnaire (MACQ; Simons J.S., Dvorak R.D., Merrill J.E., & Read, J.P, 2012) in addition to the other suggestions.
I agree with the answer about ASI questionaire. I have attched the UNODC TREATNET project version. I have used last 15 years the european version EuropASI, since 2007 there´s a most validity issue, especially to increase internal validity. In this link you may find the EMCDDA report about it
