It seems most cases od PRM are based on QE series and Fusion or Fusion lumos. I am just wondering if the Elite suitable for PRM? I know the scaning speed of Eilte may be a limmitation but now I only have a Elite. Any one can give me some advice? Many thanks!

As you have pointed out in your query, PRM has been tested and practiced in Q Exactive and Tribrid series instrument but not very often in Hybrid (Elite)...
Apart from scan speeds; For PRM experiments its better to have front end Quadrupole that performs the mass isolation (QEs and Tribrids)... In case hybrids (Elite) mass isolation is attained using the front end Ion trap...
What are you trying to quantify using PRM in Elite...
Hi Saravanan Kumar. Thank you very much for your answer. But as what I have seen from the schematic diagram of Elite，there is a quadropole filter before the HCD cell...isn't it the mass isolation part in Elite?

Yeah you are right, Hybrid Orbitrap (Elite) does have a front end Quadrupole but its not used to filter mass (m/z) or set the m/z range. Its used for deflecting the neutral ions... If you can have a look at the instrument method editor page of the software, you will understand better...
In Hybrid Orbitrap MS - Elite, Velos Pro, Velos - Mass isolation is through Ion trap.
In Q-Exactive and Tribrid MS (Fusion, Lumos) - Mass isolation is through Quadrupole.
