Recently I read an article about predatory journals saying that they charge money for publishing, fake editorial panel, publishes papers which already been published etc. How far this is genuine? I can see most of the publishers which has good reputation and impact factor and I cannot see a publisher which is worst in publishing good quality papers. And moreover some good journals but asks more article processing charges is not in the mentioned list.
For a authors like us what we should consider first? The journal impact factor or reputation or any journal where they have high chance of citation?
Can you provide your view on this?

I think Bealls list is honest and he explain his reasoning for considering each journal or publisher as predatory.
There are genuine open access journals with true review process and impact factor which he doesn't list as there is nothing wrong with the open access concept.

There are quality publications that are online only. I believe that in some fields, publishing fees are more common in quality journals than in others.
When you read other journal articles in your field, see which ones are commonly cited. See if they are indexed by reputable services, such as SSCI.
Interesting they have found such a big list ... but my sincere belief say's one who is working on the topic can easily select the journal of his interest rather than any other point... since everywhere we always work in networking principle.

I also visited Dr. Kurians journals homepage and to me it seems a fine new journal. I can usually find a specific reason for including a journal or publisher on Beall's list in his homepage but not in this case.
I will write and ask if we can know the reason for putting the journal on the list.

1.All Indexes we had shown in the website are real. not fake.We had not added any fake impact factors as we had seek for Reuters to analyse the journal.
2.You can ask our authors about the processing charges they had paid.We usually take money from those who are willing to pay.We need money to maintain website.

The reason for including Biotechnological Research on the list appears to be that one of the first papers published in the journal was very questionable. I read it is retracted now.
I have read that Jeffrey Beall do remove journals from the list if they straighten their practice. A well known case is the Hindawi publishing house.
If your journal continuously provides true peer review and request only reasonable publishing fees I think you can ask Jeffrey Beall to reconsider your inclusion on the list.

While the original Beall's list web site (scholarly-oa.com) does not host the list anymore anyway, I have recently found a web site https://predatoryjournals.com/ which seems to build on and expand this list (see https://predatoryjournals.com/about/ )
