While discovering the types of Aspergills, I found a colony in white color that has microscopic structures similar to Aspergillus microscopic structures. When I used the Aspergill keys he mentioned Genus Neosartorya.
You are correct! They are the teleomorphs and other Aspergillus species have them too. For example, Emericella nidulans is the teleomorph of Aspergillus nidulans
Neosartorya is the second most common of the Aspergillus teleomorphs found in foods. It also produces heads formed from phialides alone, but cleistothecia are white and ascospores are uncoloured. The ascospores of Neosartorya are heat resistant, so species in this genus are important in spoilage of heat-processed foods particularly fruit products .
