Is the binding of trypsin with gold nanoparticle solution at pH 7 possible?

I want to make bioconjugation of trypsin (prepared in distilled water) with citrate capped gold nanoparticle colloids. How do I do this?

Instead os using distilled water you may prepare buffer (PBS) with 7pH and dissolve trypsin in it. in my experience buffer does not change reactivity of citrate capped GNPs
