I always saw some people use PCR machine and keep their sample inside at 4C or some other low temperatures for overnight. The result is water accumulated around the matel plate. Is that influence the working efficiency of the machine?
Normally I would like to set 12C for holding, and take out product soon after the program finish. I just want to keep the machine maintenance well since water condensation may be harmful to the machine.
I think you should avoid to keep the machine running at 4 degree overnight because there will be a pressure on the compressor which will directly affect the working of the PCR machine in long term.
