Dear Gaurav Kumar Sharma, now a days no art can be performed without science. It is really difficult to draw a line between art and science in this technological world. Therefore, I would say teaching benefits both i.e. art and science.

Teaching is both: Art and method, because you can’t depend only on your personality and talent when teaching, you have to use methods to facilitate communication and deliver the message. Even musicians and artist use methods beside their talents.
To me teaching is more than art & scientific method - teaching also include applying knowledge, examples / use cases & experience with students as well as delivering them with commitment & passion.
To me teaching is a passion with the art of providing knowledge to the next generation about what we understand through our experience of an particular field.
