The first step to promote awareness about education to the illiterate would be to make them know how learning is interesting and useful for their life. An academician should begin this step by hearing about their life and what they are interested in.
According to me the following are the ways to promote awareness about education to a illiterate group:
1) motivate them to be a learned person
2) give example of success of learned persons
3) give example of various human rights which are normally not know by illiterate persons
4) teach them how to make a good society if they become a literate one
5) give them a hope to live live in a better way after being educated
6) relate social evils as a lack of education
Academician should promote awareness about education through literate community. Members of community emphasis illiterates through communication, Schools are institutions that can prepare children to contribute to the betterment of the society . Education takes place most efficiently and effectively when these different groups of people collaborate. Communities can help identify and address factors that contribute to educational problems.
