Do you want to synthesis ZnO, from Zn(NO3)2?

you can do this by co- precipitation method easily. the amount is not important

I need aligned nano rod. Is it possible to make aligned ZnOnanorods with this method?

please suggest some papers.

You can do this synthesis without stirring also. But stirring is always recommended. Stirr in slow rpm. Some times stirring has a bad effect in the orientation of nanorod.

For aligned Nanorod, you need to deposit the ZnO seed layer first followed by annealing of the seeds. Then grow nanorod over the seeds. Please follow this publication.

For ZnO nanrods growth stirring is not so important. 

You dont need, you can crytstallize without it.

After several trails we are getting the nano rods like the image attached. We are synthesis this by galvanic method with equimolar Zn(NO3)2 and HMT. The temperature was 90 degree Celsius. We varied the stirring from 300 rmp to 600 rpm but the result is same. We need aligned rod .please suggest.....    

 We have done without stirring and got good results.
