How can we use staurosporine as a positive control for caspase staining on frozen sections
Thank you Sebastian!
Hi Sreelakshmi,
Staurosporin, a potent, non-selective inhibitor of protein kinases widely used for inducing apoptotic events in various cell types including lens epithelial cell lines. But in the frozen tissues, this will not work.
kind regards,
Sundar
I am a research scholar working in brain computer interface for DOC patients. I am looking for EEG data set specifically of the patients with consciousness disorder. Could you suggest any references?
