So I read about a peptide in a research and I have the chemical sequence, I would like a lab in my town to test it out but I'm not sure if the chemical sequence is enough for a peptide chemist to synthesize it perfectly and correctly?

The peptide is a cyclic one and has some modifications, I'm not really sure if the company is going to perfect it, especially that I feel like the modifications at c-terminal and n-terminal are critical to increase the peptide's efficiency.

Also, are those modifications reflected on the sequence itself? Like can the chemist I'm asking to synthesize this peptide know what modifications were done from the sequence alone?

Also, if a company synthesized the chemical sequence that I requested but with a different molecular weight, does this mean they got the wrong peptide?
