The peptide sequence is enough to ask for a quotation synthese, the company will inform you about the feasibility of the synthesis.
Yes and no. Your peptide could be branched or an amino acid be a deoxy analog.
Usually, you have to state the required amount and the purity level. In addition, sometimes the C- or N-terminus might be modified (amide or carboxyl; free amine or acetylated). This is relevant, if the peptide is originally part of a protein. Why do you think that the sequence is complicated? Do you mean "long", or does the peptide contain non-standard features?
@Michael G. Weller I think its complicated because of the modifications. its also a cyclic peptide with a thioether bridge
