Hi DREADD users,

I want to treat CNO to pups that have inhibitory DREADDs through the maternal milk during the first postnatal week. Is it possible for CNO to get delivered via milk? And if so, is there a recommended dose? I know people typically deliver CNO via i.p., but I want to minimize stress on the pups.
