Hi, Boban.. I completely agree with all the above suggestions. Clinical knowledge regarding the patient is very important while doing the sonography or echocardiography. As for example if you get a bicuspid aortic valve in echocardiography, you have to look for coarctation of aorta which may be missed if you do not have enough clinical experience. High degree of clinical knowledge and sufficient experience regarding various diseases and there association is very important to be an accurate and good sonographer.
