I was unable to find a journal with the name OpenTech. I presume you did not refer to InTechOpen which is discussed here on RG on many occasions, see for example https://www.researchgate.net/post/Is-intechopen-a-predatory-publisher

Dear Rob Keller, thank you for your kind reply. yes I guess it is the same, and after reading there I found two answers one in favor one against.

Need guidance as I can't find them in predatory list and they have offered to publish a chapter in their book.

Ok I checked one more thing, the answers that are against have got more recommendations. So probably I shouldn't go for it.
