Is not cfDNA extracted using carrier RNA suitable for NGS experiments?

I heard that extracted cfDNA using carrier RNA is not suitable for NGS libaray prep.

is that right?

I want to extracted high concentration cfDNA using carrier RNA but also worried about failed NGS library..

Hey Dasom,

This is probably a little too late but there are cfDNA isolation kits that'll work without any carrier RNA. I've included a link below if you haven't found one yet (I hope you have).
