I'm planning to sequence low amount of Chipped chromatin: the only commercial kit adapted for very low amount of starting material is the Diagenode Microplex Library preparation kit.
Does anyone has already used this kit? Is it reliable in terms of possible bias due to amplification steps?

Very recently we have successfully used this Diagenode kit for library construction from very low amounts of ChIPed chromatin. However, we are still waiting for the seuqnecing results, so I cannot fully answer your question.
I have recently used NEXTflex ChIP seq library prep kit for very small ChIPed DNA. It works..easy to use. you can control no. of PCR cycles. Worth giving a try.
