Also of interest is if these methods are viable to use on tumour biopsies that have been stored at -20C.

FACS can detect IDO protein expression amount in a single cell level if the proper Ab is available, which is different with enzyme activity assay.

Normally FACS is not the first choice for biopsies, immunohistology staining is better than it.
