Journal of Medical - Clinical Research & Reviews (ISSN 2639-944X) is published by SciVision Publishers LLC. Scivision Publishers LLC is a Delaware Limited-Liability Company filed on September 6, 2018.
I agree with Fazleh Mahomed the journal (and the publisher) cannot be found on the (updated) Beall’s list, there are however some red flags:
First of all, the ‘claimed’ location. Jeffrey Beall once said “Also, many publishers create companies in the United States- state of Delaware and use a Delaware address to make it appear they are based in my country. Anyone can create a company registered in Delaware by visiting a website and paying a small fee. The registration companies allow those who create new companies to use their addresses. So, many predatory publishers who claim to be based in the U.S. are not”.
Second, a quick look at the site of the publisher as well as the particular journal gives me the impression that they are not open about the article processing charge (they mention it but not how much). This is to say the least suspect.
Third, they claim to be indexed in Google Scholar but I randomly checked three publications and none were indexed in Google Scholar. One I was able to find but this was because the author uploaded the paper in Researchgate...
So it seems to be at least borderline. All papers have an assigned DOI number so that seems at least something, but whether it is all due to the fact that they are relatively young is hard to say.
PS. They just started in 2017 with this journal so no impact factor.
Update: 4-3-2020 the publisher Scivision Publishers LLC is now mentioned in the updated version of the Beall's list https://beallslist.net/#update

Hi, I am at present asking the same question and one needs to be very careful before paying for anything online. Obviously these aren't prestigious journals, personally these type of journals may suit the purpose to set in stone an article is yours. I am at present trying to publish 2 articles, in 2 open access journals, both communicating with me in such a way that I may take a gamble. I found the below article useful.
Make sure that you have heard of some of the members of the editorial board or can verify their identities and publication records
Look for transparency around pricing. Any fees associated with publishing should be easy to find on the journal’s website
Check these additional tips for spotting questionable journals
I have plugged AS Medical Sciences and ASMS Acta Scientific into the directory below and in researchgate
ACTA SCIENTIFIC MEDICAL SCIENCES has come up on researchgate and ACTA comes up on the directory.
My answer is not very helpful I know, the whole thing is sketchy at best, I think my best bet is to whittle them down to next to nothing and take a gamble, I'll let you know either way. They have sent a PayPal request which I believe offers some assurity
I just received another one of those invitations t be on their editorial board (ISSN included) but the signature on the email has no identifying information whatsoever. This is a sign of predatory journal. I would stay away.
The Beall’s list is named after Jeffrey Beall who started to black list journals and publishers for being (potentially) predatory, see for general info:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beall%27s_List There are lists for so-called stand-alone journals: https://beallslist.net/standalone-journals/ And publishers:
https://beallslist.net/
Just type here in RG words like predatory or Beall and you come up with a lot of vivid discussions about this.
Best regards.
PS. If you want to learn a bit about how to use the Beall’s list, since it is far from flawless, see discussions like:

and a recommendation to read how to handle the question whether a certain journal (or publisher behind it) is predatory:

The workflow diagram (Figure 1) and reference to Table 4 basically summarize it all. It indeed starts with the Beall’s list, the examination for yourself starts from there.
It happened to me in another journal. They wanted 7999 pounds. after I refused, they offered in installments. They dropped to 3999 pounds. I was blackmailed by mail and telephone. They just want credit card information to drain it. Unfortunately. I found out where they are from. Three months later I wrote to them that they had been discovered and they stopped. Here is another email:
Greetings from Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery,
As you have not replied with any corrections in the galley PDF, we are proceeding to place the same version online.
We are sending the below details to our billing team to raise the credit card invoice for 7999 GBP.
If you need any changes in the billing address or if you want to pay by bank transfer, please let us know within 24 hrs.
I presume you mean: https://www.oatext.com/Otorhinolaryngology-Head-and-Neck-Surgery-OHNS.php#gsc.tab=0 is a very obvious attempt to look like the well-reputed: https://journals.sagepub.com/home/oto The publisher behind this ‘journal’ “Open Access Text (OAT, OA Text)” is mentioned in the Beall’s list: https://beallslist.net/ Other red flags of predatory publishing behaviour:
-Prominently mentioned (fake) impact factor
-PubMed indexed articles misleading suggests that they are PubMed indexed while they are not (only authors with a NIHgrant automatically can/need to deposit their paper in PMC/PubMed regardless the journal)
-Contact info suggest UK origin while it is India. This is to say the least misleading
