Can any one describe a suitable conditions and solvent to isolate pigments from fungi chitin?
I used ethanol,chloroforme/methanol/water..no result obtained
I get white powder with the solution chlorite solution/acetate buffer/water in the ratio 1:1 :1 (v/v/v), but the properties has changed (DA,Ci..)
