Is "Journal of Clinical Medicine" published by MDPI a predatory journal? Their webpage claimed the cite score was 7.07 but I could not find this journal in the SCOPUS database.
The journal appears on the Scopus, WoS and DOAJ indices according to our university journal list (attached).

3- List of outgoing Journals: (5) Journals have been removed from the classification, marked in red..

5- List of conference proceedings
