Presenting it in a graph would make it easier for readers to capture the pattern, but no new info is added other that what's mentioned in the table.
I believe adding a graph/figure makes it easier to understand data. Prefer them over a table. However, sometimes it can be tricky to present all the table data in a graph/figure. In that case, its reasonable to use a combination of both.
As there is a limit to the number of graphs and table in the paper, ideally data representation should not be duplicated. The graph or table should be relvant to the the data quoted in the paper and not to be repeated. Graph would give a better visual representation but a table will carry more data.
Using a graphic of data makes it easy to understand. So, I prefer to use graphs for important findings if possible. However, it is important to avoid duplication in the text. Don't forget to check the journal's rules about the colorful graphs, sometimes it may be required an extra charge/fee.
Avoid one graph and one table using the same data. This is a recipe for rejection by the journals!
It is not always possible to present all data as a graph particularly when there are many different variables of interest in the article, in such cases, a table is required. However, if the variables are few (e.g. number of medications used by the patients in the study), then it is preferable to use graph.
Always follow the instructions to the authors for the number of tables or graphs accepted by a journal before writing a manuscript and sending it for consideration for publication.
