Is it possible to use Kolmogorov-Smirnov test in a yes and no questioner ?

You can check whether "yes" and "no" show an empirical distribution in Your items.
A yes/no item follows a binomial distribution, which does not have an independent variance around its mean. Its variance is p*(1-p). I cannot figure why you need to test that the data follow this distribution, given that there is no other alternative.
I also cannot understand Martin Wedig suggesting checking your data for an empirical distribution. Data will have an empirical distribution.
Am I missing something here? I'm running a temperature with some kinda bug…
Are you thinking of a one-sample KS or a two-sample KS? What are you trying to do with it? Can you give an example similar to your data?
