DSMC is only used for dilute gas flows and it cannot be used for liquids or dense gas flows. And also DSMC has problems with pressure boundary conditions in micro-channels. You may not be able to accurately simulate the flow that you are interested in.

In order to simulate such flows at low rarefaction, you can either use CFD with slip boundary conditions or you can use Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM).
