Is it possible to use automate DNA extraction for Cobas Roche molecular tests (IVD)?

We investigate by RT-PCR mutations as KRAS, EGFR and BRAF, using Cobas Roche tests (IVD). However, we want to automate DNA extraction from FFEP tissue with a Promega platform (Maxwell), looking for most efficient cost and time method. Which are your recommendations?

I'm not familiar with Cobas Roche instrument, but Promega Maxwell is a very good instrument, but the format is for 16 samples at a time.
