Why i am not able to see photoluminescence signal using transfered MoS2 on to the FTO substrate?

i transfered mos2 on to the FTO substrate .when i check XRD and Raman i got cleared peaks where as in photoluminescence i did not get any peaks may i know what is main reason ?
