Is it possible to take into account connecting wire(fig.1) in the fluid flow calculation of a turbine stage in the Ansys CFX?
Of course, it will introduce disturbances into the flow of gas or liquid.

of course its possible, depend on the geometry creation. if you could reproduce the geometry exactly as it is. As boundary condition then the wire is another wall.
Ruben Borrajo , big thanks for reply. I understand that a connecting wire is modelled as a wall. But the mesh generation for this case is a very difficult for me. I have generated the mesh using ansys meshing module, but it was bad quality and the CFX-solver couldn't solve the problem using this mesh.
I am looking any automatic meshing methods for this case , like a turbine stage flow path generating using Turbogrid. I think that for this case there should be standard tools , because a connecting wire is a common feature in the turbomachinery.
Vladimir Dorofeev, автоматических методов создания сетки в таких случаях я не видел. Автоматом сетка будет всегда создаваться не очень хорошего качества. Я рекомендую тебе создать сетку вручную. Я думаю это не так сложно как кажется. Я испоьзую стандартный Meshing из Ansys или Gambit. Но если ты не использовал их ранее, то будет сложновато. Я рекомендую тебе Meshing из Ansys. Turbogrid не использовал.
Volodymyr Brazhenko , Спасибо большое за совет. Через Meshing я попробовал сетка получилась плохого качества - решатель вылетает при решении. Попробую сделать это в Gambit.
