I made two errors in the references when modifying my article proof. Then I immediately informed the journal. But they prepared the article for publication. And published on the journal site.Is it possible to still allow me to edit my article? Will this mistake pose a major problem for my writing background in future articles?
Yes, you can edit online articles. Just contact the journal. No, it will not affect your background :)
In my opinion:
Send an email to editor in chief and mention The problem immediately. Or make a call with Journal. I hope it works.
Or you can submit a separate letter regarding your previous paper in the next issue of the journal.

Hola. Los editores deben encargarse de subsanar errores. Todos somos falibles, pero en la conformación del discurso científico el editor debe manejar la norma con la seriedad que la metodología o el resultado. En la editorial en la que trabajo el principio es "si el autor no respeta una norma no hay garantía de que haya respetado un procedimiento metodológico". Le aconsejo escribir directamente al editor e informarle el error. Saludos y éxitos

It won't affect your background as well. Error is expected in any article!even in Nature and NEJM. This is why we have ”letters to editor”.
