I am a beginner to DSSAT model and feeling deeply happy with DSSAT model. Most DSSAT model users begin to entitle their journal articles, book's chapter titles, proceedings etc. using the phrase " Modelling of...". As much as I know, I think this is wrong b/se they are not modellers (model developers), but instead they are model users (secondary). Therefore, they must have begun by " Simulation of...." or "Model simulation of ..." etc. This is becoming a trend (knowingly or unknowingly) in most cases and is confusing young researchers in the modelling era. Am I right?

Most people who use libraries are actually block connectors. You can refer to the block diagram as a "systemic model."
The result of such an arrangement can be referred to as a simulation result for that given framework/ arrangement of blocks.

I agree with your point of view! But in general we use the term "modeling" because anyway we do a modelling when we use a model!!
The choice of appropriate model to solve a physical problem is a modelling in fact.

As someone who works with people who develop complex mathematical models I advise to avoid confusion; do not use "modelling" when you are not he developing the mathematical derivation or improving on it. I have seen this confusion when people develop software implementing a model from a third party and it was unnecessary confusion.
I agree with the answers of Tariq Ouahbi, José Arzola-Ruiz and Nikolaos Andreopoulos and modelling is a word with multiple meanings, but written communication's purpose is to communicate and effectively. Thus confusion in the term modelling is a failure in communication in my opinion.
To build on the three previous answers:
When elaborating or using a model by developing software or fitting a model to experimental data I advise using the phrases "Fitting X model..." or "... by utilizing/implementing X model" where you use the accepted model name or the name of the person who developed the model. This should hopefully alleviate any confusion.

Processes modeling is a complex problem: firstly a systemic analysis must be done for determinng the conceptua mathematical model. Depending on it complexity could be necessary to decompose it into interrelated by some structure elements also described by models. Each comceptual constituyent element model could include an optimization and/or somulation and/or geometric description model components, that require solutions compositions. The models must be identified by known or new developed relations and, in the case of decomposition by elements, the presence of a conciliation of the elements models it is required.
