I am trying to quantify the Plasma Membrane cholesterol, total cellular cholesterol as well as the the amount of Cholesterol esters inside the cell by Amplex Red Cholesterol Assay Kit. I have also planned to visualize the intracellular cholesterol and plasma membrane cholesterol in T cells by confocal imaging as well. but due to this ongoing pandemic situation everything is being delayed. for the time being I want to check the MFI for bodipy and Fillipin III by flow cytometry. It will be very helpful if anyone can help me with the protocol and conc. for Filipin III in flow cytometry.
