Is it possible to reach high quality mesh (at least around 0.6-0.7) in OpenFOAM with cfMesh?

I know that cfmesh is standard and automatic mesh, but is it possible to reach high quality mesh at the end? if not, then how can we get high quality mesh with easy way in OpenFOAM?

Of course you can. It takes some time to do a setup without any errors, but with each iteration you can figure out the locations which require modifications. I would start with a very good CAD model and then use feature angles in the range of 10-15 degrees.
