How can I set up a co-simulation between ansys fluent and matlab or fluent and openfoam?

I found one way, which is Ansys aaS. However, I do not know whether it works simultaneously or not. can it be done through API? if yes then how?

Is it possible to reach high quality mesh (at least around 0.6-0.7) in OpenFOAM with cfMesh?

I know that cfmesh is standard and automatic mesh, but is it possible to reach high quality mesh at the end? if not, then how can we get high quality mesh with easy way in OpenFOAM?
