Definitely it is possible to develop a model considering the variables like using pesticides, fertilizers in the field and its impact on the pollinating agents like insects, butterflies, honey bees and many animals feeding directly on the crops. By all these variables probably a model can be developed and quantification , ecosystem healthand agricultural productivity  can be predicted.
