All articles we have seen in different journals published with references. What will happen, if anyone submits an article considering his/her own thought without referring any citation/references? Is there any journal for this sort of work to submit?

No .. It is not possible. Every written article needs a written identification of a previously published work which which has been used as a source for that text.

When everything started anew, it didn't cite or refer any works, it was an original idea. This is what we lack nowadays, depending on a lot of papers and ideas. Now that none of the ideas are original, but mostly are now borrowed.
What you are describing is an editorial. A journal MAY be willing to consider a guest editorial, but I suspect that this is not common, particularly if you are not a recognized expert in your field.
Even a conceptual paper, i.e. scholarly analysis not one based on qualitative or quantitative data collection, should be well-referenced to show how it fits in with the existing literature.
All scientific research and articles must be scientific sources. We support the article, as there are reliable sources in it that have sufficient information to write about a topic that means that the topic is noticeable and that these sources confirm and document the information in articles
it is difficult to publish a research work without any reference, because you have to validate your results through references, if you will not use the references then how you will validate your research.
