I just developed a new theory on electromagnetic and plan to publish in a Journal. The findings are purely through strict mathematical derivation without any disputable assumptions and also supported by most experiments. However, the findings clearly contradict special relativity.
Although I double-checked the mathematics a hundred times and so confident about the correctness, the concern is that the editors may simply throw out the paper due to the deep-rooted belief in Einstein and special relativity.
Does anyone know which high-ranked journal is more open-minded? I only hope that the paper can get a chance for a thorough review. As I mentioned, I am so sure of the correctness and significance of the results.

I would suggest to keep a pre-print first either on arXiv or RG and then submit it to Phys. Rev. A or Annals of Phys. I think one shouldn't worry if his work is contradicting a well established idea as every new theory contradicts dogmas!
I am also in the process of publishing my theory with mathematical proof and also agreeing with observation, but it seems that journals with high impact factors even resist sending novel theories to peer review. Existing theories with lots of flaws are almost worshipped by scientific community as in medieval ages, and they do not seem to be open to possible better explanations to observation. 2nd Try to collaborate with people who can approach the matter objectively.
