i was wondering if it would be possible to prepare an inocula that contains all morphospecies of a given ecosystem.i read that there only 200 morphospecies and a given ecosystem may have portion of this number. so if we can prepare an inocula that contains all the morphotypes we can apply it in blanket so that respective species can select what they want to enhance their growth,fitness and metabolism.ensure positive effect for every plant species of that ecosystem inoculated?

If you want to optimize morpho types it would good first to work only with mycorrhizae accepting species. About 20% of seed plants like the crucifers do not accept mycorrhizae at all.
Secondly although mycorrhizae are not specific in their parasitism there appears to be some preference based on hosts. I would suggest natural communities with diverese constellation of plant species would be best for mantaining mycorrhizal diversity.
Regardless I do not think you will get every single type when you propagate or sample.
