There is no possibility of making a standard graph as the compound is expensive. Total volume of solution available is 500 microlitres in which, 2 mg was dissolved approximately. Are there any other ways to find its concentration? Will that method be useful to do regular quality check?
I have tried by using formula
A = ecl
e = molar absorptivity
c = concentration
(molarity)
l = path length (1cm)
c = A/el
but results are so inconsistant. They are not matching with the values calculated based on weight.
In oirdeer to get the concenttation you need to measure at least one property. You should be able to take an aliquot (10 uL or more) and do some kind of determination. MS works with very small amounts of sample and detects ppts
