Hi Abhirami, typically to sort out cells you would like to use a freshly dissected tissue, I agree with Tonya. You can still try and see what comes down, but the freezing procedure, whichever you use, damages many cells in the tissue...
The other problem is the sorting of microglia... as far as I know, there is no really specific Ab for these cells, any marker will also be expressed in circulating immune cells of the same subtype (monocytes, macrophages...). But with a clean dissection you might be able to remove or strongly reduce contamination from these circulating immune cells... I've seen CD11b used to isolate these cells, but there might be other possibilities, a specialist of the field might be of more help!
