By means of co-culture they induce mesenchymal stem cell to form keratocytes. I'd like to know how we can induce MSC to form either corneal stromal cells or corneal keratocytes using medium.
MSCs are part of corneal stroma (link below). I mean, MSC purpose there is to support reconstitution/remodeling of stroma. Referring to cell cultures, you need respective stimuli to make desirable happen, e.g., FGF.
