Is it possible to get zero and displacement parameters 5 and -5 respectively in FULLPROF?

I am trying to refine a synchrotron XRD data of my sample. The fit is pretty good but zero and displacement parameters are very unusual. What could be the possible error?

I am attaching my refinement files. Looking forward to getting valuable comments on this.
